Photo Restoration & Colourisation
What does it involve?
I scan your original photo and it’s this digital version that’s repaired, enhanced & manipulated. The original photograph is returned to you unaltered. I can also work from your own scan if the image is of a high enough quality.
How much does it cost?
Every photo is different. I would need to see your photo/scan so that I can assess it and give you a no obligation quotation.
Heavily faded photos require a large amount of enhancement to revive the contrast. This also “enhances” any flaws and damage so there may be more work needed than initially thought.
Colourising an image can be a time-consuming process as it is all done by hand (I do not use Photoshop's AI neural filters).
Copyright.
You, as the sender of any digital image/photo/negative etc. must own the copyright or have the permission of the copyright owner. By sending your photo to us you are accepting that you are liable for any costs resulting from copyright infringement or any other court action.
Return postage for your original photo will be:
UK Signed For: 1st Class or 2nd Class
UK tracked: 24hr or 48hr

How long will it take?
I aim to get back to you with a quotation within 2 working days of receiving your photo or scanned image. From your approval of the quotation to receiving an email proof of your restored photo is around 10 to 14 working days.
Your prints or digital image(s) will be sent the next working day once your payment has cleared.
